- Low regards to food quality and cross contamination. Informed beforehand about allergies and still ended up sick for a number of days due to lack of professionalism and food mis-labelling. Also basic items like soya milk were hard to get. Kids under 3 years couldn't swim!!

Ship overall:
- Food was disappointing compared to previous MSC cruises and breakfast fast in the restaurant was very disappointing and service extremely slow
- Incompetant
- Many drinks were missing from the ship. Considering we had bought a premium drinks package it was not worth it as half the drinks we asked for were not available. Very disappointing. The ship is old and definitely not up to standards of other cruise shops by MSC which is disheartening.
- Pros: good price/value ratio, still a fantastic ship even it is from 2012, lot of entertainment options, we really enjoyed our cruise on it!!! Thanks a lot to the whole crew!
