    • Overall, I have very positive comments and feedback about AIDA cruises. The only negative comment was our experience following disembarkation. We had prepaid for a return transfer to the Hamburg train station and were told on board that the last transfer would be at 14:30 (we had booked a day cabin on the last day). We disembarked at 14:00 but the AIDA representative on shore was hopeless. She told us that there were some traffic disruptions due to the music festival (on 4 AUG), which we understood, but could not answer any of our questions. We felt completely stranded and the level of customer care by the AIDA rep left much to be desired. This contrasted sharply with the rest of our experience with AIDA and regretfully we ended the cruise on a bad taste. She was about to make us take an expensive taxi but luckily the AIDA coach to Hamburg Hbf turned up in time. Please convey this feedback to AIDA.
