- The female Immigration officer is quite unprofessional. she told us as a Chinese citizen, we are not allowed to get onshore even we already had our electronic visa authorization, and being very stubborn....

- Staff was mostly friendly. Food was ok. Could definitely be better. Charging for a glass of water if outside the included restaurants is absurd. Won't return because of this
- I would like to have most important informatikos in englishh
- if you sell Aida cruises to other EU citizens as well, more information should be published in English. It is not so difficult to print the most important information in English and present it in the cabins....
- Smoking on balcony is a minus and we weren’t allowed to use kids pool with our baby (even with swimming diapers)…
