      • One of the issues we came across on the ship was statement from sports centre staff "Crew members traing in another hours".... well that was discrimintaion. If we dont look like germans it doesnt necessarily mean that we are staff.

      • We have asked to send a letter to Embassy of Spain confirming that we have booked a cruise to apply for a Schengen visa, however request was declined due to privacy of personal information and etc.Privacy is good unless it is not asked by one who booked a cruise. Then I ckecked and found out that:
        1) cruise was booked from email adress, lets call it "a"
        2) I wrote a letter from my another email adress "b" asking to send confirmation to Spanish Embassy
        3) my request was declined because you care about privacy and sent confirmation to me to email adress "b".
        This shows that if Embassy would write a request using my name, booking number, you would send confirmation to them easily.
        I dont know if will book with you again, in general i liked process; but if i was refused visa, then i would be able to go to cruise.
