- Balcony cabin level. 8 forward. Sufficient space, bathroom, cupboards, ultra clean. Excellently maintained

- ALL staff immaculately presented, service 5*, food excellent, ship layout good for access. Exit entry shop made easy. Especially impressed with fast check in onto ship. Disembarkation relatively easy. Despite 4000 on board, rarely crowded feeling. Anple sun beds.

- Good value. Staff always willing to help.
  Huge choice of food outlets from snack to luxury.
  Entertainment good but fominated by solo performers. Would have preferrred more ensemble variety show.
  At least one more lift shaft needed to ease congestion.
  Hardly any mid price range shopping options. All high end.
  Concern about daily waste generated. Particularly paper with daily notices ,flyers to high end shops services and the photo printing generation. This surely MUST now be simply digital. And the so called bargain package 249$ -25$ per day. I cant believe 2000 people would pay this. Surely if reduced to under 100$, many many more would purchase.
  Internet service very acceptable ( compared to previous cruises) . Cost and speed good.
  Coffee shop well worth a daily visit ( often pur breakfast!)
  Fun game show and trivia programs.
  Amazingly equipped 1000 seat theatre and 200 seat tv studio.
  Not firgetting the impressive atrium st heart of ship.
  Did object to stale smell regularly eminating from casino.
  
  But overall impression is a great ship.

- Must compliment ALL members of seascanner team throughout the whole booking process. All questions were answered promptly and courteously. I have nothing but praise for the service i received.
  My only reservation, as a first time user, was establishing validity of the company. Google search revealed little info when searchrd from a uk site. Also, the quality of layout, presentation of emails initially did not again fill me with confidence that i was dealing with a genuine company. Simple Capital letters in the opening address. / Dear Mr Smith - not - dear mr smith - can be taken as scam mail. Really do think this needs addressing. Hope u find these comments cobstructive . The rest if your service is so good and oi am already tecommending you to many others. Thank you.
