- Excellent service by the maid, the biggest problem was that we couldn't turn our air conditioning off which got both of us really sick. I (syed) had to see the doctor on board and couldn't enjoy my holiday as i was recovering from being sick the whole time.

- We found some of the ITALIAN staff were really rude, i don't know if it was work pressure? No smile, not very friendly or welcoming like the other staff on board. Please tell your ITALIAN staff treat people nicely because they are paying good amount of money on the ship.

- Probably not because i travelled with CARNIVAL Cruises, they had a lot more daily and nightly activities and entertainment which was all inclusive. The excursions in this ship was really expensive. I was planning my next birthday with my 20 members of my family but after this i am really not sure this CRUISE ship is suitable for us.

- The only thing is we traveled with some family members. We picked three cabins all on level 12, showed lots of availability.
When our CRUISE was confirmed by MSC, you split all 3 of us. 1 cabin on Level 12, 1 cabin on Level 11 and last cabin on Level 10. When we requested again a change we were told it is not up to sea scanner but MSC. The told us they requested the cabins together. When we checked availability it showed availability on deck 11 and 12 for 3 cabins. So we were disappointed we were on 3 different decks.

- The elevator takes a long time to arrive as there seems to be only 12 elevators on the ship, be prepared to walk the stairs a lot. If you have a food allergy you must eat in the dining rooms as the buffet is full of cross contamination
- Beautiful, comfortable ship. The service ist slow both in the restaurants and bars
- The services in the bars and restaurant were slow.

- Watermelon was a rarest berry in menu. When I asked watermelon in Borabuffet it was absent all the time. There were no gluten free food in Bora Buffet. La Reggia restorant is great. They have gluten free menu. It was very important for our daughter....
- The only let down us the quality of the food on some days. It was hit and miss
- SPLENDIDA is a wonderful ship with great accommodation. Too many people.
- There is a real problem related to the density of population in the boat and the furniture or to move around: overcrowded jacuzzi and nobody plays the game of 15 minutes max..., the elevators are always full,...
