How would you describe your cruise with the ship Brilliance of the Seas in one sentence?Lovely ship, great ports of call, and mainly courteous, helpful staff - all except for one rude, pointless and humiliating security bag check on leaving the ship at the port of Ravenna.

Would you like to note some more short remarks about the ship Brilliance of the Seas?Food in Windjammer was good, but often cold. Oversight of rules at the pools was totally inadequate. People ate and drank alcohol IN the pools while RCI staff walked past and ignored the issues of health & safety. Loud, irritating and abrasive 'techno music' was played in every public space and on tenders - very inappropriate for most of the clientele on board.

Comments about Royal CaribbeanProbably won't choose RCI again, mainly because of issues with their 'handling' of a security complaint we made on board. This was our second cruises with them and the constant loud 'music' is not to our taste either. RCI claims they cannot change either the volume or the content, so I suppose we must change cruise line!
