- How would you describe your cruise with the ship M/S Koningsdam in one sentence?
- Very good but was thoroughly embarrassed and felt humiliated when I was refused to disembark for unpaid bill that the ship accounts had missed out on the statement and I was not aware of for which they gave me a dismal letter of apology.

- Is ship for retired old travellers and not at all for young people and certainly not for children. However, I enjoyed it except for the embarrassment suffered. The reception desk and future cruise bookings was poor.

- Yes I will travel with Holland America Line but they must first sincerely demonstrate their genuine regret for causing me embarrassment at disembarkation in presence of my wife, my grandchildren and other passengers. Fault was entirely theirs because they missed out an item of purchase in the final statement and did not bother to contact me before embarkation. Instead STOPPED ME at the very end point of disembarkation point.I felt very humiliated
