Would you like to note some more short remarks about the ship MSC Splendida?The beauty of the ship is evident, the route is magnificent and the food at the restaurant was delicious (a little less at the buffet), professional and friendly was the staff of the restaurant and the SPA. These things have made the beautiful seaside cruise.
The rest of the staff rather unprofessional, "tour escort" non-existent and when present with the intent to have fun and not to work, the same for cruise director, consultant and crew.

Comments about MSC CruisesAs mentioned, I found unprofessional the edge guides, listless, more inclined to fun that at work. The management of the landings of the excursions was very chaotic.
