Returning to the ship

The return journey to the port is very straightforward and safe thanks to the modern infrastructure and clear signage in the Danish capital.

Public Transport and Harbour Buses

The yellow harbour buses of lines 991 and 992 take you directly to the Nordre Toldbod and Langelinie terminals by water. For ships at the more distant Oceankaj, conveniently use the metro line M4 to Orientkaj station and cover the last stretch simply by shuttle bus or bus line 164 from Nordhavn station.

Taxi and Rideshare Services

Central taxi ranks are located at Kongens Nytorv, at City Hall Square (Rådhuspladsen), and in front of major hotels such as the d’Angleterre or Hotel Skt. Petri. Simply tell the driver your terminal or the name of your ship, and you will reach the pier quickly and punctually thanks to the city's well-developed roads.

On Foot and Orientation

The Langelinie and Nordre Toldbod terminals can be reached from the city center via a pleasant stroll along the waterfront promenade and past the Little Mermaid. The path is signposted throughout and leads through safely lit areas and well-maintained green spaces directly back to your ship's gangway.
