To reduce emissions, nicko cruises focuses on efficient route planning and uses diesel fuel with a sulfur content of 0.0001 percent on its river ships. In addition, the cruise line has an efficient waste management system in place, and its river ships primarily use energy-efficient LED lighting, smart lighting controls, and energy-efficient air conditioning and ventilation systems.

All staterooms on the Cyrano de Bergerac are outside staterooms measuring approximately 12 sqm. They are all equipped with side-by-side beds, which can be separated upon request. The staterooms are stylishly furnished and include air conditioning/heating, a bathroom with a shower, satellite TV, a telephone, a hair dryer, and a safe. The staterooms on the upper deck have a large window that can be opened. The staterooms on the middle deck have large sliding windows that can also be opened. All staterooms on the main deck have windows that cannot be opened.

The dress code on board is casual during the day, while smart attire is requested for dinner.

The Cyrano de Bergerac features a stylishly decorated restaurant, which is included in the price of the cruise. Breakfast is served buffet-style, while lunch is usually served at the table and dinner is almost always served at the table. The dining experience is further enhanced by a lounge and a bar (drinks from the exclusive menu are not included).

On the sun deck, seating areas and tables invite you to relax and enjoy the view of the passing landscape. The lounge and the bar offer opportunities to socialize with fellow passengers. During the day, informational sessions or entertainment programs are sometimes held in the lounge, while music is occasionally played in the evenings.

Children ages 3 and up are welcome aboard the Cyrano de Bergerac. However, there is no separate entertainment program or childcare available. Additionally, the ship is not equipped with toys, child seats, or cribs.
