About MSC Seaview
The MSC Seaview is a state-of-the-art, casual vessel and the second ship in the Seaside class. With a length of 323 meters, the ship can accommodate up to 5429 passengers, who can expect great fun and variety for the whole family. The look of the ship was inspired by the Miami Skyline. It offers guests the opportunity to spend a lot of time outdoors and has spacious outdoor areas and a large number of balcony cabins. In addition, a 360° promenade with a glass balustrade that surrounds the entire ship offers unparalleled views over the sea and the coastline. A fanastic view can also be seen in the glass elevators as well as in the atrium that ranges over four decks. The ship also has a shore power connection to reduce emissions. Welcome aboard MSC Cruises! The cruise line was founded in 1970 and is the cruise division of the container shipping company Mediterranean Shipping Company. MSC Cruises is the world's largest privately family-owned cruise line (Aponte family) and has many years of expertise on the seven seas. The Aponte family has also established an independent charitable organisation, the MSC Foundation, which is also present on board and supports many humanitarian and environmental projects.

MSC Seaview staterooms
The staterooms of MSC Seaview are modern and comfortable equipped. The inside and outside cabins are approximately 14-17 sqm. The balcony staterooms have about 17 sqm and the suites have 17-62 sqm depending on the category. All staterooms have air conditioning, interactive TV, telephone, mini bar and safe. Wi-Fi is available in all staterooms for a fee. Tip: In the 86 Yacht Club suites which span over three decks, guests will find many amenities such as butler service, an on-site restaurant and in some cases even a private jacuzzi. This area is exclusively for suite-guests.

Childcare is also provided: babies and toddlers aged between six months and two years are looked after by certified staff in the Baby Club, which was created in collaboration with the leading children's brand Chicco®. Toddlers aged three to six play in the MSC Mini Club and the Junior Club caters for children aged seven to eleven. MSC's experienced entertainers look after the children with various games and many sporting activities. During the day, 12 to 14-year-olds in the Young Club and 15 to 17-year-olds in the Teens Club can enjoy clubs equipped with the latest consoles, games and VR technology, a teen disco and a dinner organised exclusively for teenagers.

Confirmation of stateroom numbers: Stateroom numbers are always confirmed by MSC Cruises under reserve, the cruise line reserves the right to change the stateroom after the booking.
MSC Voyages Club member numbers or vouchers: Please inform us about these within your reservation. The MSC Voyages Club member number has to be entered directly while booking in order to benefit from the club discount - if applicable for this cruise and rate - in order get it applied to the reservation.
Additional charges for cruise passengers: Some ports of call levy a separate charge for cruise passengers to support local infrastructure and promote sustainable tourism, amongst other things. MSC Cruises passes on these additional costs and charges them to your on-board account on the night following the port call. This currently applies to:
- Iceland destination fee: Mandatory for all passengers, approx. 11 € per day/person
- Greece destination fee: For all shore-goers; fee varies depending on port of call and season (approx. 1-20 € per person/port)
- Entry/exit fee for La Romana, Dominican Republic: 10 $ per person entry fee (Tarjeta de Turista) for all passengers who are going ashore, 20 $ per person exit fee for all passengers boarding. Travelers arriving by plane pay the fees twice (1. First entry by plane: 10 $ per person, 2. First departure upon the ship’s departure: 20 $ per person, 3. Second entry by ship: 10 $ per person, 4. Second departure by plane: 20 $ per person). For passengers with flights booked through MSC Cruises, the fees for the first entry and second departure are included in the airfare.
Recommendation: Changes of the hygiene, test, vaccination or entry requirements may occur shortly prior departure. We recommend to check the current regulations for travelers and returnees in time prior departure.
Required travel documents by MSC Cruises: Every passenger has to have a valid passport whose validity is still given 6 months after the trip. For all cruises that only call ports in the EU including Norway and Iceland, German citizens only require identity card or children up to the age of 14 a children's passport or ePassport; these documents need a validity of 6 months after the trip.
