Arrival & Departure Options
Book it with your cruise: A flight package incl. airport transfers. We gladly request the current availability and prices (f not displayed on your chosen cruise) for your preferred airport at the cruise line.
The Seascanner Rail&Fly ticket can only be used in conjunction with an international flight to/from a German airport or to/from Salzburg and Basel (for flights to/from Amsterdam, Zurich, Brussels and Vienna, this service is available on request for an additional charge). It applies to DB (Deutsche Bahn) routes from all German stations on all scheduled regular trains (including ICE, IC and EC). Unfortunately, a BahnCard discount cannot be granted. Children (up to and including 14 years of age) travel free of charge when accompanied by their parents/grandparents. The Rail&Fly can be used on the day before the outbound flight and on the day after the return flight.
You will receive a voucher code per person and route after the booking of the Seascanner Rail&Fly ticket. The voucher codes can be reedemed on kreuzfahrtberater.bahnanreise.de by selecting the desired connection from those displayed. You will then receive the digital ticket as a PDF download and/or by e-mail. Nevertheless, you are flexible in your use of the trains (provided you keep the selected route and travel day). Since 2014, the Costa Crociere Foundation has been coordinating all of Costa Cruises' social and environmental initiatives. Through 32 projects, the foundation has already reached over 185,000 people in more than 130 countries. Costa Serena staterooms
On board the Costa Serena you have the choice between numerous comfortably furnished staterooms. The interior staterooms are approx. 9 to 14 sqm, while the oceanview staterooms have a size between approx. 13 and 19 sqm. The balcony staterooms are approx. 13 sqm in size. The various suites not only offer luxury, but also a unique view of the sea. The sizes of the suites range from the approx. 15 to 21 sqm Mini Suite to the approx. 21 to 24 sqm Suite to the Grand Suite with a size of approx. 29 sqm. It convinces not only with a dressing room, but also with a bathtub with whirlpool function.
Atmosphere on Board
As it is typical for cruises with Costa, a lot of emphasis is placed on hospitality and Italian vitality on board. The friendly and informal atmosphere of the other ships can also be found on board the Costa Serena. The audience is international. In the Main Hall, you will find a glowing 3D cloud, LED balustrades, and mirrored surfaces.

In the various lounges and bars (not included) like the Pantheon Bar or the Apollo Grand Bar, you can use your drinks packages, enjoy drinks and make new contacts. In the exclusive, secret speakeasy bar, hidden behind a colorful painting, you feel as if you have been transported back in time.
Entertainment, sports and wellness
The entertainment on board the Costa Serena is varied and diverse, so there is something for all ages. In the three-storey theatre you can experience international class stage shows: musicals, variety, artistry and much more. Try your luck in the casino or enjoy live music in the bars in the evening. The 4D cinema shows the latest films as well as older blockbusters.
The total of 4 swimming pools and 5 whirlpools offer refreshment during the day, while the spectacular water slide provides plenty of fun.
Sporty guests also get their money's worth on board the Costa Serena and can work out in the fitness studio. Those who prefer to relax can let themselves be pampered in the large spa area. Additional destination fees for cruise passengers: Some destinations charge a separate fee for cruise passengers to support local infrastructure and promote sustainable tourism, among other things. - Iceland: Mandatory for all passengers, approx. 18 € per day/person for each 24-hour stay
- Greece: For all shore leavers, depending on the port/season varying fees (approx. 1-20 € per person/port)
