Europa 2 has a certified shore power connection, which can be used to supply the ship with electricity from shore while it is in port (if available) and the ship's engines can therefore be switched off.

All suites aboard the MS Europa 2 have their own veranda and at least 28 square meters of living space. From the bathroom of the Ocean Suites you can look directly at the sea. The spa suites are decorated in warm colors, the bathroom has a rain shower with its own steam sauna - and a panoramic view of the sea. For families, unique to the fleet of Hapag-Lloyd Cruises, there is already a childcare service for children over the age of two. For the little ones, a separate area, the Knopf Club, was created (fee-based). Also for older children and teens on board is best taken care of and the variety of offers does not give boredom a chance. The gastronomic concept offers flexible table times, free table choice (with many two-tables) and a great culinary variety. There are eight restaurants, including the main restaurant Weltmeere, three specialty restaurants serving Mediterranean, French and Asian cuisine and a sushi bar.
