A-ROSA has been offering river cruises on a first-class level with a modern finish for 15 years. The cruise line welcomes you in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, with spacious and bright cabins and with varied and fresh cuisine. The casual atmosphere is emphasised by the fact that no particular dress-codes or seating times are expected. A-ROSA has had a sustainability department since 2022, which works closely with the Fraunhofer Institute for Systems and Innovation Research (ISI). All ships in the fleet have a shore power connection and are powered by marine gas oil without heavy fuel oil during the voyage. Waste is continuously reduced, for example through the use of paper straws and careful separation of waste. In addition, many care and cleaning products on board are made with certified ingredients. To save water, towels and bed linen are only cleaned as required during the voyage.

All staterooms are oceanview staterooms. The staterooms on deck 1 (category S and A) have small windows, and are about 14.5 sqm. The staterooms on deck 2 and 3 (category C and D, approx. 14.5 sqm) have a French balcony. Unique on the A-ROSA Silva are the four junior suites (approx. 21 sqm, category E) and the two suites (approx. 29 sqm, category F). Here you can enjoy extra space and comfort, as well as many small additional amenities, such as champagne on arrival, flowers, magazines, and a free minibar. The two suites have a balcony with table and 2 chairs. In all staterooms - apart from category S with two beds, which are placed to form a double bed. All staterooms are equipped with a full bathroom, and have a chair, a small table and a television.

The crew is very friendly and will do its best to ensure that you feel welcome on board. On the ships of A-ROSA you feel like you are in a very good hotel: The design is modern and elegant. Bright colors, large windows and a spacious living room offer a lot of space for you to relax on your vacation. The dress is smart casual, formal dress is not required.

The "market restaurant" offers open dining times and large buffets. This means you can eat within the flexible opening times whenever you want and with whom you want at one table. Reservations of tables do not exist. The buffet offers a varied menu with lots of fresh and local products. At some stations there is "show cooking". On board there is also the "vinery". You can order good wine and regional delicacies (surcharge). Mineral water is included with the meals.A cafe-restaurant invites guests to delicious coffee specialties. Coffee and tea in the afternoon is free, coffee specialties are paid. The cozy lounge on deck 3 has a beautiful view, where you can order from an extensive bar menu (not included).If you book your river cruise for the SELECT price, you have the option to book a package for almost all drinks for 29 euros per person and day. A cafe-restaurant invites guests to delicious coffee specialities. Coffee and tea in the afternoon is free, coffee specialities must be paid.

On board there is a sanarium. There are also some modern fitness facilities. Furthermore, there is a cozy relaxation area for guests who like to enjoy the atmosphere between their sauna sessions. There are also two very nice rooms for massages and spa treatments with an outside view (application fee). Moreover, there is a Jacuzzi on the sun deck. A-ROSA has their own bikes as well as guided cycling tours. Own bicycles are due to reasons of limited space not allowed.

A-ROSA has developed an extensive land programme. All excursions can be booked on board. So there are usually sightseeing tours, trips to castles, wineries and other attractions. There are also boat trips or strolls into town in the program. The bicycles of A-ROSA are used for trips to the environment (difficulty levels).
