About Celebrity Apex
In spring 2020, Celebrity Cruises expanded its fleet with the Celebrity Apex. The second ship of the luxurious and currently newest Edge class exceeds expectations. The outward-facing design convinces with a special color selection and the visionary rooms. On board you can enjoy unique views from the world's first Magic Carpet, a tennis court-sized platform that can be moved over 13 decks. Depending on which deck the magic carpet is on, it can serve as an extension of the restaurant, the pool area or the embarkation station. During the day as well as in the evening, the Rooftop Garden is a hotspot on board. With a length of 306 meters, the ship offers space for 2,910 passengers. The ship was built at the STX shipyard in Saint Nazaire, France. Guests can expect 5-star comfort, excellent service and excellent cuisine at extremely attractive prices. Celebrity Apex staterooms
Almost 90 % of the staterooms have a balcony. All staterooms are spacious and very cozy and comfortable. There are also two new suite categories. On the one hand, the Iconic Suites, which are approx. 241 sqm in size, with a 270-degree view from the veranda above the ship's bridge, and on the other hand, the Edge Villas, which extend over two decks and have a private plunge pool. Another highlight for all suite guests is the exclusive access to The Retreat, which includes a restaurant, an outdoor area with a pool, a bar and a lounge.
