The Explora IV is the second ship in the Explora fleet to be powered by liquefied natural gas (LNG). This almost completely eliminates emissions such as sulphur oxides and nitrogen oxides.

In addition, the entire fleet will be equipped with the latest environmental and marine technologies, including selective catalytic reduction technology, a shore power connection, underwater noise protection systems to protect marine life and a comprehensive range of energy-efficient equipment on board.

All of the 461 suites are equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows, spacious terraces, luxurious bathrooms and a walk-in closet with seating.

The “Ocean Wellness” spa area includes Ocean Wellness - The Spa, as well as a state-of-the-art fitness center, which was created in collaboration with Technogym and features the latest training equipment. Special areas have been added to the Nautilus Club to cater for children and teenagers. Here, a team of experienced hosts ensures that younger guests also experience unforgettable moments.

On deck 11 you will find the Nautilus Club Juniors and the Nautilus Club Teens. Here, children aged 6 to 17 will find an environment where they are inspired and kept busy.

You can book shore excursions for your cruise in advance or request them directly on board. There you will find a counter for shore excursions where you can get advice or, depending on availability, book excursions directly.
