Seascanner Rail&Fly ticket

The Seascanner Rail&Fly ticket can only be used in conjunction with an international flight to/from a German airport or to/from Salzburg and Basel (for flights to/from Amsterdam, Zurich, Brussels and Vienna, this service is available on request for an additional charge). It applies to DB (Deutsche Bahn) routes from all German stations on all scheduled regular trains (including ICE, IC and EC). Unfortunately, a BahnCard discount cannot be granted. Children (up to and including 14 years of age) travel free of charge when accompanied by their parents/grandparents. The Rail&Fly can be used on the day before the outbound flight and on the day after the return flight.

You will receive a voucher code per person and route after the booking of the Seascanner Rail&Fly ticket. The voucher codes can be reedemed on kreuzfahrtberater.bahnanreise.de by selecting the desired connection from those displayed. You will then receive the digital ticket as a PDF download and/or by e-mail. Nevertheless, you are flexible in your use of the trains (provided you keep the selected route and travel day). The Mariner of the Seas was commissioned in 2003 as one of the ships of the "Voyager" class of Royal Caribbean International and last updated in June 2018. With a length of 310 meters and 15 decks, the ship offers plenty of activities and an unforgettable cruising experience for up to 3114 passengers (with double occupancy). All staterooms are very appealing and comfortable, providing an ideal retreat after all the activities you can do on board. You have the choice between all common cabin types, from the inside to outside and balcony cabins, to the luxurious suites. Here every guest will find the right cabin for themselves. Families can look forward to baby-friendly cabins and extra family cabins with connecting doors. All staterooms include free 24-hour cabin service.

The Mariner of the Seas is a ship for all ages, with families and action-packed guests getting their money's worth, as there is plenty of entertainment on board. Most passengers come from the US, but international travelers have also discovered the benefits of entertainment onboard. Overall, the atmosphere on board is suitable for the Caribbean destination, easy and relaxed. On some evenings, festive clothing is recommended in the main restaurant. However, if you like it more casual, you can switch to other restaurants on evenings like this.

On board, there are many opportunities to enjoy good food. The main restaurant offers multi-course menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also included in the cruise price is the restaurant Windjammer, the Broadway Dog House and the Café Promenade for coffees and pastries. In the specialty restaurants you can enjoy delicious steaks and typical Italian cuisine. In these restaurants, reservations on board are available for a surcharge. Burgers, fries and milkshakes are available at Johnny Rockets and the ice cream bar offers refreshments.

Entertainment, sports and relaxation

There is entertainment for every taste on board the Mariner of the Seas. From quiet performances in the evening to wild party nights in the club - there is something for everyone. During the day there are various attractions, such as the new slides "The Perfect Storm" and various water slides, numerous pools and whirlpools, the new surf simulator Flowrider, a climbing wall or laser tag. A special highlight is the escape room "The Observatory", where you have to help a genius professor find his way back to the present. The large casino invites you to challenge your luck and win big. The Vitality Spa offers pure relaxation, with state-of-the-art service and soothing pampering and beauty treatments, which you can enjoy for a fee. The large fitness area with breathtaking sea views invites you to top sporting achievements, after which you can relax in the pool with relaxation area ("solarium"). In addition to a jogging track, other sports facilities are available, such as an ice skating rink, mini golf or a sports field for basketball and other ball sports.
