Since 1996, the AIDA fleet has been sailing the world's oceans and has been very successful on the German cruise market with a casual and informal concept. There is no fixed table order and you are welcome to leave your formal attire at home. AIDA Cruises convinces with a variety of buffets, a good sports program and varied entertainment. The age structure on board is mixed and depends on the destination. Young couples and families in particular quickly find a connection here. AIDA Cruises is very popular with cruise newcomers, but many guests who have once traveled on an AIDA ship also return again and again enthusiastically. Whether travelling alone, as a couple or as a family - with up to 14 comfortable stateroom options, AIDAperla offers its guests a wide choice. If you opt for an interior stateroom, you can expect 16 sqm of space (barrier-free available). Oceanview staterooms vary between 22 and 23 sqm (barrier-free available). The popular veranda staterooms can accommodate up to four people in 21 to 27 sqm of space (including veranda, barrier-free available). A veranda stateroom comfort promises between 24 and 37 sqm for up to four travellers as well as an included veranda. Depending on the category, a separate shower and toilet, a walk-in wardrobe or extra space are included. The panorama staterooms offer 24 to 27 sqm of space for up to three people. The exposed location on the patio deck at the bow (deck 16) and an included veranda make this category particularly attractive. Access to the patio deck and a Segafredo coffee machine round off the facilities. If you are travelling with up to five people, a 34 sqm Veranda Deluxe stateroom with a 6 sqm lounge will make you happy. The suites include the categories Junior Suite (44 to 53 sqm including veranda, up to four people), Junior Suite with Lounge (34 sqm, up to four people) including lounge and veranda and the Suite (39 to 115 sqm, up to four people) including private sun deck.

Carefree, relaxed and familiar is the motto on AIDA cruises. The atmosphere on board is relaxed and informal. So there is e.g. no strict dress code. For hygienic reasons, the dress code indicates that shoes and shoes are compulsory in the bars and restaurants and that no bathing or sportswear is required. Men are advised to wear long trousers in restaurants in the evening. 

The culinary offering on board AIDAperla includes numerous restaurants with something for everyone. The variety is incredibly wide, so there is plenty to discover. There are not only excellent international and modern delicacies, but also traditional dishes.

• Bella Donna Restaurant (buffet restaurant): Here you can expect a variety of dishes from the hot and cold buffet as well as delicacies from all regions of Italy.
• Market Restaurant (buffet restaurant): Discover the various "market stalls" and try specialities from all over Europe.
• Fuego Restaurant (buffet restaurant): A restaurant for the whole family awaits you - enjoy pizza, pasta and burgers.
• East Restaurant (buffet restaurant): Sample Asian dishes, from Thailand to Japan.
• Weite Welt Restaurant (buffet restaurant): Enjoy dishes from around the world, such as Thai curry or burritos.
• Brauhaus (drinks not included): Here you are served hearty dishes, e.g. spaetzle, pork knuckle or dumplings.
• French Kiss - The Brasserie (drinks not included): From savoury classics and delicious croissants to sweet desserts - here you can enjoy the delights of French cuisine.
• Ristorante Casa Nova (drinks not included): Look forward to Venetian specialities, e.g. beef carpaccio or minestrone.
• Scharfe Ecke (drinks not included): Try delicious currywurst with the original AIDA curry sauce in three levels of spiciness.
• Pier 3 Bar & Market (drinks not included): Enjoy a wide selection of snacks to go, e.g. bagels, wraps or muffins.
• Tapas & Bar (drinks not included): Sample hot and cold tapas as well as wine or sangria.

You pay a surcharge in the following restaurants:

• Buffalo Steak House: sample tasty grilled specialities, e.g. American beef.
• Rossini gourmet restaurant: Enjoy new creations from top chefs with fresh ingredients every day.
• Sushi Bar: Look forward to Japanese specialities such as miso soup and tuna carpaccio.
• Vegan restaurant: Savour fresh and predominantly plant-based dishes.

In the various lounges and bars (not included), you can enjoy a relaxing cappuccino in the Café Mare, savour delicious cocktails in the AIDA Bar or have an aperitif in the Vinothek. We also recommend the ice bar, where you can enjoy excellent ice creations, or the Spray Bar, an elegant champagne bar at the bow of the ship.

AIDAperla promises a variety of activities and moments of relaxation that will keep you from getting bored. The Body & Soul Organic Spa impresses with great wellness offers: For example, guests can unwind with a Rasul ceremony including body scrub, body mask and foot bath (with surcharge). At the Organic Day Spa, holidaymakers can enjoy all-day infusions, five whirlpools, a private sun deck or a tea and fruit bar (with surcharge). To stay fit, sports courses such as Power Plate, TRX, private yoga classes or metabolic packages including nutrition tips offer the perfect balance (workshops at an extra charge, over 30 free courses per week). Modern cardio and strength equipment is available to everyone in the large fitness area.

If you feel like shopping, you will find what you are looking for in the 2,200 square metre AIDA Plaza. There you will find a sports shop, nail spa, perfumery, hairdresser, kids' shop and AIDA Shop.

The Four Elements attracts families with children in particular, as it offers numerous highlights: a climbing garden at lofty heights, the Racer with double water slide or the Lazy River for a relaxing dip in the cool water (some at an extra charge).

Other leisure activities on board include shuffleboard, minigolf, darts, boccia, dance classes, film evenings, table tennis tournaments or team ball sports such as volleyball, football or basketball. If you want to experience the feeling of losing the ground beneath your feet and being very close to the sea at lofty heights, you should take a tour of the Skywalk.

The lanai deck offers an open promenade with relaxation areas, ample seating, infinity pools and a stylish lanai bar.

In the evening, singers and dancers from the AIDA Show Ensemble, guest artists, acrobats and musicians perform on the 360° stage in the Theatrium and delight their audiences with spectacular performances. Musical dance events with a live band and bar service take place almost every evening in the Beach Club.
