Confirmation of stateroom numbers: Stateroom numbers are always confirmed by MSC Cruises under reserve, the cruise line reserves the right to change the stateroom after the booking.

MSC Voyages Club member numbers or vouchers: Please inform us about these within your reservation. The MSC Voyages Club member number has to be entered directly while booking in order to benefit from the club discount - if applicable for this cruise and rate - in order get it applied to the reservation.

Additional destination fees for cruise passengers: Some destinations charge a separate fee for cruise passengers to support local infrastructure and promote sustainable tourism, among other things. MSC Cruises passes on these additional costs and charges them to your onboard account. This is currently the case for:

• Iceland: Mandatory for all passengers, approx. 18 € per day/person for each 24-hour stay, debited from the on-board account after departure from the port
• Greece: For all shore leavers, depending on the port/season varying fees (approx. 1-20 € per person/port), debited from the on-board account the evening before the respective call and, in case of remaining in the port on board, refunded within 24 hours

Required travel documents by MSC Cruises: Every passenger has to have a valid passport whose validity is still given 6 months after the trip. For all cruises that only call ports in the EU including Norway and Iceland, German citizens only require identity card or children up to the age of 14 a children's passport or ePassport; these documents need a validity of 6 months after the trip.
