Arrival & Departure Options
The Seascanner Rail&Fly ticket can only be used in conjunction with an international flight to/from a German airport or to/from Salzburg and Basel (for flights to/from Amsterdam, Zurich, Brussels and Vienna, this service is available on request for an additional charge). It applies to DB (Deutsche Bahn) routes from all German stations on all scheduled regular trains (including ICE, IC and EC). Unfortunately, a BahnCard discount cannot be granted. Children (up to and including 14 years of age) travel free of charge when accompanied by their parents/grandparents. The Rail&Fly can be used on the day before the outbound flight and on the day after the return flight.
You will receive a voucher code per person and route after the booking of the Seascanner Rail&Fly ticket. The voucher codes can be reedemed on kreuzfahrtberater.bahnanreise.de by selecting the desired connection from those displayed. You will then receive the digital ticket as a PDF download and/or by e-mail. Nevertheless, you are flexible in your use of the trains (provided you keep the selected route and travel day). The MSC Seaview is a state-of-the-art, casual vessel and the second ship in the Seaside class. With a length of 323 meters, the ship can accommodate up to 5429 passengers, who can expect great fun and variety for the whole family. The look of the ship was inspired by the Miami Skyline. MSC Seaview staterooms
The staterooms of MSC Seaview are modern and comfortable equipped. The inside and outside cabins are approximately 14-17 sqm. The balcony staterooms have about 17 sqm and the suites have 17-62 sqm depending on the category. All staterooms have air conditioning, interactive TV, telephone, mini bar and safe. Wi-Fi is available in all staterooms for a fee. Tip: In the 86 Yacht Club suites which span over three decks, guests will find many amenities such as butler service, an on-site restaurant and in some cases even a private jacuzzi. Confirmation of stateroom numbers: Stateroom numbers are always confirmed by MSC Cruises under reserve, the cruise line reserves the right to change the stateroom after the booking.

Additional destination fees for cruise passengers: Some destinations charge a separate fee for cruise passengers to support local infrastructure and promote sustainable tourism, among other things. MSC Cruises passes on these additional costs and charges them to your onboard account. This is currently the case for:

Required travel documents by MSC Cruises: Every passenger has to have a valid passport whose validity is still given 6 months after the trip. For all cruises that only call ports in the EU including Norway and Iceland, German citizens only require identity card or children up to the age of 14 a children's passport or ePassport; these documents need a validity of 6 months after the trip.
