Arrival & Departure Options
The Seascanner Rail&Fly ticket can only be used in conjunction with an international flight to/from a German airport or to/from Salzburg and Basel (for flights to/from Amsterdam, Zurich, Brussels and Vienna, this service is available on request for an additional charge). It applies to DB (Deutsche Bahn) routes from all German stations on all scheduled regular trains (including ICE, IC and EC). Unfortunately, a BahnCard discount cannot be granted. Children (up to and including 14 years of age) travel free of charge when accompanied by their parents/grandparents. The Rail&Fly can be used on the day before the outbound flight and on the day after the return flight.
You will receive a voucher code per person and route after the booking of the Seascanner Rail&Fly ticket. The voucher codes can be reedemed on kreuzfahrtberater.bahnanreise.de by selecting the desired connection from those displayed. You will then receive the digital ticket as a PDF download and/or by e-mail. Nevertheless, you are flexible in your use of the trains (provided you keep the selected route and travel day). The Ship
The Norwegian Spirit was first commissioned in 1998 and completely renovated and modernized in 2022. At a length of 268 meters the smallest ship of the fleet can accommodate up to 2018 guests (double occupancy). On board you will find various entertainment options for the young and young at heart, relaxing recreational opportunities and an extensive selection of restaurants, bars and lounges with various delicacies.

Staterooms
The cabins are functional, but comfortable and modern furnished. The inside and outside cabins are about 13-14 m² in size. The balcony cabins have about 19 m² private retreat. Mostly the cabins have two lower beds which can be put together to a queen size bed. Some cabins also have a 3rd and 4th bed, usually as an upper folding bed. Generously designed are the suites, with up to 56 square meters in size, the butler and concierge service and other amenities.
Atmosphere on Board
The atmosphere on board it is easy and relaxed. Guests from numerous countries travel with the ships of Norwegian Cruise Line. Everything is possible. You can pack festive clothes, as there are gala dinners for some dining options. You do not feel like dressing up? No problem - there are no strict clothing rules on board. In the main restaurants only swimwear and shorts are not desired. The Norwegian Cruise Line offers the perfect holiday for young and young at heart. At the same time there are always quiet corners, cozy bars and places on deck, so that all guests get their money’s worth.
Food and Beverages
There are no fixed table times aboard the ships of the cruise line, which could narrow down your daily planning. Choose from a variety of dining options: Two main restaurants, a buffet restaurant as well as numerous cafes, grill restaurants and snacks are included in the cruise price. In addition, there are various specialty restaurants on board for a fee, which will delight you with delicacies from Asian, French or Italian cuisine. The specialty restaurants are e.g. Cagney's Steakhouse, the french Le Bistro and the italian restaurant Onda by Scarpetta. Numerous bars, cafes and lounges complete the culinary offer on board.
Entertainment, Sports and Relaxation
The theater offers daily exciting shows. Attractions such as a casino, a pub or sports bar as well as quieter areas such as the Observatory Lounge and the Champagne Bar are not missing. Of course, there is also a disco / night club, where you can dance until the early morning hours. In the casino you can find a separated area where smokers can gamble. For active athletes who like to move, the fitness area leaves nothing to be desired. Two swimming pools, one of which is an adult only pool and six whirlpools invite you to cool off afterwards. A jogging track, a basketball/volleyball court, a ping-pong table and a golf net offer practically the right alternative for every guest. Relaxation and wellbeing are also on board: the Mandara Spa and Salon offers a steam bath or a sauna, where you can unwind. Cosmetic applications or the hairdresser visit also increase the outer and inner well-being.

Onboard guests feel comfortable, who want to experience a relaxed and informal holiday in an international atmosphere. The cruises are offered at relatively low prices. Couples or solo travelers will feel good on this ship.
