Arrival & Departure Options
The Seascanner Rail & Cruise ticket is valid on DB (Deutsche Bahn) routes from all German train stations (and Basel Badischer Bahnhof, Kufstein, Salzburg Hbf and Schaffhausen) on all scheduled regular trains (including ICE, IC and EC) and includes a free seat reservation, as well as the City Ticket. Unfortunately, a BahnCard discount cannot be granted. Children (up to and including 14 years) travel free of charge when accompanied by their parents/grandparents. For journeys over 100 km, the Seascanner Rail & Cruise ticket can also be used on the day before the ship's departure and on the day after the ship's arrival.
- Seascanner Rail & Cruise SAVER: Save on your ticket price - The Seascanner Rail & Cruise SAVER is subject to a train connection after selecting the desired connection (does not apply to local trains; however, the journey must be completed by 10:00 AM on the following day). Rebooking/cancellation is not possible.
- Seascanner Rail & Cruise FLEX: Benefit from more flexibility - with Seascanner Rail & Cruise FLEX, you select the connection you want, but are then flexible in the use of the trains (provided you keep the selected route and travel day). Rebooking/cancellation is possible on request.
After booking the Seascanner Rail & Cruise ticket, you will receive one voucher code per person and route. Redeem your voucher code on kreuzfahrtberater.bahnanreise.de by selecting the desired train connection from those displayed. - For voyages with Costa Cruises, MSC Cruises, AIDAbella (22nd and 26th April, and from 27th September), Mein Schiff Relax (from 27th September), and Vasco da Gama (from 26th September 26), only outdoor parking lots can be booked. Parking spaces in the parking garage (and no other parking spaces) can only be booked for departures with AIDAprima, AIDAnova, and Mein Schiff 3.
- Information regarding the parking lot: Provision of a fenced and guarded parking lot near the port including transfer from the parking lot to the ship and back. Payment on arrival at the parking lot on site with EC or credit card. You will receive all details as well as exact directions to your parking space approximately 14 days before your trip begins.
- Pricing and vehicle: Price per vehicle for the entire duration of the cruise including transfers. Early check-in (arrival between 8-10 AM) for 50 € surcharge, motorhome surcharge depending on size 60-100 € per vehicle (only outdoor parking); electricity connection for 35 € per vehicle (electric car/motorhome) for up to 18 days cruises can be added on request.

About AIDAbella
AIDAbella was built in the Meyer Shipyard in Germany and has travelled the world since 2008 and the construction is the same as of AIDAdiva and AIDAluna. In spring 2018 the ship was renovated and got a new area the Bavarian Almhütte. On 13 decks maximum 2050 guests find their favourite place aboard. A little fun fact about the ship: AIDAbella is currently in the Guinness World Records book, as it holds the current world record in pulling a water-ski rider.

AIDAbella staterooms
The staterooms are furnished comfortably and in light colours. In total there are eleven categories of which you select your prefered stateroom. Regardless of the cabin category all staterooms are equipped with an air condition, a TV, a telephone, bathrobes, a hairdryer and a safe. For more comfort there are different types of suites starting at approx. 34 sqm incl. approx. 10 sqm balcony. To meet all passengers needs there are eleven wheelchair accessible staterooms of the categories IB, MA and MB.
Atmosphere on board
Aboard of AIDAbella families and couples of all ages feel comfortable and enjoy their holiday. The passengers appreciate the informal and relaxed atmosphere. A varied daily programme and sports activities offer a lot of things to do. Although many events take place, one will always find a calm place to read a good book or enjoy a cocktail.

The culinary offering on board AIDAbella includes numerous restaurants and cafés where every guest will find something to suit them. You can expect a culinary variety ranging from traditional to modern dishes.

Entertainment, sports & relaxation
At the daytime art auctions and presentations about shore excursions take place in the Theatrium. In the evening varied shows with singers, dancers, acrobats and actors of the AIDA Show Ensemble are presented. At a few different places like at the pool deck, in the AIDA Bar or in the Anytime Bar bands and solo artists play their music. Sporty guests meet on deck 11 in Body & Soul Sport. There is a lot of fitness equipment and many sports classes which are free of cost are offered. The ones who prefer to make outdoor sports can play football, basketball and volleyball. After sports or an exhausting shore excursion it is a good idea to try one of the three saunas which are free of cost in the Body & Soul Spa. Of course you can also book a spa treatment for an extra charge.
