Arrival & Departure Options
Book right away: Arrival and departure by flight via the cruise line. We are happy to check prices and availability for your desired flights directly with the tour operator (if desired, also including transfers and possibly hotel before/after the cruise), these are available from about 11 months before departure.
The Seascanner Rail&Fly ticket can only be used in conjunction with an international flight to/from a German airport or to/from Salzburg and Basel (for flights to/from Amsterdam, Zurich, Brussels and Vienna, this service is available on request for an additional charge). It applies to DB (Deutsche Bahn) routes from all German stations on all scheduled regular trains (including ICE, IC and EC). Unfortunately, a BahnCard discount cannot be granted. Children (up to and including 14 years of age) travel free of charge when accompanied by their parents/grandparents. The Rail&Fly can be used on the day before the outbound flight and on the day after the return flight.
You will receive a voucher code per person and route after the booking of the Seascanner Rail&Fly ticket. The voucher codes can be reedemed on kreuzfahrtberater.bahnanreise.de by selecting the desired connection from those displayed. You will then receive the digital ticket as a PDF download and/or by e-mail. Nevertheless, you are flexible in your use of the trains (provided you keep the selected route and travel day). The ship Pride of America
With a length of approx. 280 meters and 80.439 GRT, the Pride of America can accommodate 2.186 guests (double occupancy). On board there are numerous bars and restaurants offering culinary delights from all over the world. The Pride of America is the only ship of the Norwegian Cruise Line that sails under American flag and only in American waters (Hawaii), so there is no casino on board, but a typical American atmosphere.

Staterooms
The cabins are lovingly and lively furnished. The inside studio, designed for solo travellers, offers about 10 m² of space, while the inside cabins measure about 12 m² and the outside cabins about 13 m². The balcony cabins have about 16 m² of space and a private balcony from which you can enjoy the great view. The cabins have two lower beds, which can usually be put together to a double bed. Some cabins also have a 3rd and 4th bed, usually as an upper folding bed. Generously designed are the suites on board, which measure between 33 and 88 m². The Deluxe Owner's Suite even has about 128 square meters of space and special extras, such as its own concert grand piano. All suites also offer butler and concierge services.
Atmosphere on Board
The atmosphere on board it is easy and relaxed. Guests from numerous countries travel with the ships of Norwegian Cruise Line. Everything is possible. You can pack festive clothes, as there are gala dinners for some dining options. You do not feel like dressing up? No problem - there are no strict clothing rules on board. In the main restaurants only swimwear and shorts are not desired. The Norwegian Cruise Line offers the perfect holiday for young and young at heart. At the same time there are always quiet corners, cozy bars and places on deck, so that all guests get their money’s worth.
Food and Beverages
There are no fixed table times aboard the ships of the cruise line, which can narrow down your daily planning. Choose from a variety of dining options: The main restaurants, a buffet restaurant as well as numerous cafes, grill restaurants and snacks are already included in the cruise price. In addition, there are various specialty restaurants on board, which will delight you with delicacies from Asian, French or Italian cuisine (for a fee). An American-style steakhouse is also one of the specialty restaurants on board. Numerous bars, cafes and lounges complete the culinary offer on board. A highlight is the "Aloha Café" whose ambience is characterized by a pink Cadillac. Here you sit on original Cadillac seats during your snack!
Entertainment, Sports and Relaxation
The evening program is also adapted to the motto of the ship and very diverse. Guests are offered everything from live music to theme parties and Hula Hula classes. Every day, the theater offers exciting, often Hawaiian-themed shows. A pub or a sports bar as well as quieter places like the champagne bar and vinotheque or cafe bar are not missing on board. Of course, there is also a disco / night club, where you can dance until the early morning hours. The Pride of America is also the only ship in the fleet that has its own Hawaii Museum and Cultural Center. The fitness area invites to endurance and muscle training. Two swimming pools, a children's pool and four whirlpools provide the desired cooling in the tropical, Hawaiian climate. A jogging track, a basketball / volleyball court, ping-pong tables and two golf clubs offer something for everyone. A special highlight is the gyroscope / bungee trampoline on board. At the Mandara Spa and Fitness Center, guests can unwind in the steam room or sauna. Cosmetic applications or the hairdresser visit also increase the external and internal well-being.
