Instead of large cruise terminals, you can expect tranquil berths that blend harmoniously into the North German river landscape. Arrival is convenient and straightforward thanks to good transport links.
Car
Jarmen is excellently connected to the road network and is easily accessible via the A20 motorway. The B96 and B110 federal roads also lead directly to Jarmen, allowing for a comfortable journey. Ample free parking is available directly at the harbour, so you can safely park your vehicle during your trip.
Train
For those arriving by train, the nearest major railway stations are Greifswald and Demmin. From Greifswald station, you can reach Jarmen in about 23 to 35 minutes by car or bus (e.g., line 133 or 300 from Greifswald ZOB to Jarmen ZOB). From Demmin, you can reach Jarmen by bus or taxi in approximately 33 minutes.
Airplane
The nearest airport is Heringsdorf (HDF), about 53 kilometres away. For guests from the DACH region with longer journeys, Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) is also an option, located around 173 kilometres away. From both airports, continuing the journey by rental car or taxi is recommended to reach the port of Jarmen directly.
