The nearest airport for traveling to Nosy Andriangorgy is Fascene International Airport (NOS) on the island of Nosy Be. International flight connections exist via Addis Ababa with Ethiopian Airlines, via Johannesburg with Airlink, or via Réunion with Air Austral, among others. During the high season, there are also occasional charter flights from European countries such as Italy and France.
