Splendid from DCS Touristik : Everything you need to know
The Splendid was built in Split in 2014 according to high EU standards. The ship has room for 39 passengers and is rather reminiscent of a yacht cruising along the Croatian coast. Despite its manageable size, which makes for a very family atmosphere, MS Splendid has a spacious restaurant with bar area, a covered lounge area and an extensive sun deck with whirlpool. A fully covered terrace, both on the main deck and on the upper deck, also invites you to relax.
About DCS Touristik
The tour operator and provider of river cruises DCS-Touristik was founded in 1985 and is specialized in high-quality bus-boat combination journeys as well as group, event, and city trips. The itineraries of the cruises lead mostly along the rivers Danube, Main, Rhine, Moselle and Volga. Also offshore cruises to Croatia and Greece were recently added to the programme.

MS Splendid Staterooms
There are 19 air-conditioned staterooms on board the Splendid - 6 on the upper deck, 5 on the main deck and 8 on the lower deck. All staterooms have a shower, toilet, washbasin and hairdryer. The staterooms on the main and upper deck are equipped with a window that can be opened. The staterooms on the standard deck have a non-opening porthole.

Entertainment, sports and wellness
Stay on the sun deck with its numerous loungers and seating options and enjoy the sun and the view of the coast and the sea. During the cruise, you can look forward to a few swimming stops in secluded bays, which you can use to swim and refresh yourself in the clear water. A platform at the stern of the ship makes it easy for you to access the sea. For additional relaxation, there is a whirlpool on the sun deck.
