MSC World America is the second ship of the World Class and will enter service in April 2025. Onboard, many familiar and new activities and experiences will be offered to guests of all ages. MSC World America Sustainability
MSC Cruises is committed to environmental protection and has set itself the goal of enabling emission-free ship operations. The MSC World America, which is fuelled by LNG (environmentally friendly liquefied natural gas), uses the latest technologies to reduce emissions and save energy. The newest generation of engines for example significantly reduces emissions of greenhouse gases, nitrogen oxides, sulphur oxides and fine particulates. The use of shore power also contributes to the reduction of emissions. In addition, the waste water treatment and waste management system complies with international IMO standards and according to the Energy Efficiency Design Index (EEDI) of the International Maritime Organization (IMO), the MSC World America is one of the ships with the lowest CO2 emissions.
MSC World America staterooms
On board the MSC World America you have the choice between numerous modern and comfortably furnished staterooms. The interior and oceanview staterooms have a size of approx. 10 to 20 sqm, while the balcony staterooms are approx. 16 sqm to 17 sqm. The various suite categories offer not only luxury, but also a unique view of the sea. The sizes of the suites range from the approx. 17 sqm Junior Suite to the approx. 25-27 sqm Premium Suite to the Grand Suite with a size of approx. 35 sqm. The suites in the exclusive MSC Yacht Club start at a size of approx. 25 sqm (Deluxe Suite). The elegantly furnished Maisonette Suite of approx. 46 sqm extends over two decks and has its own whirlpool on the balcony. The 51-58 sqm Royal Suite and the up to 104 sqm Owner's Suite also impress with modern furnishings and a private whirlpool.

The MSC World America is a ship for all age groups, with guests who appreciate a comprehensive range of entertainment and activities particularly getting their money's worth. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual, inviting guests to spend sociable hours on board. The clientele is international, as is the concept of the ship: here, European design meets American comfort.
MSC World America Restaurants, bars & lounges
The culinary offering on board the MSC World America includes numerous restaurants where every guest will find something to suit them. You can expect a culinary variety ranging from traditional to modern dishes. Drinks are available for an additional charge or you can take advantage of a drinks package.
The following restaurants are included in the price:
- Il Mercato (buffet restaurant): A variety of dishes from the hot and cold buffet as well as Mediterranean delicacies await you here.
- La Brasserie (buffet restaurant): Look forward to international delicacies.
- Esagono/ Hexagon Restaurant (main restaurant): Taste freshly prepared dishes in an elegant ambience.
- Bubbles Restaurant (main restaurant): Enjoy fine dining in the à la carte restaurant.
- La Foglia Restaurant (main restaurant): The largest restaurant offers international dishes.
The restaurant Les Dunes is exclusively for Aurea guests and offers exquisite dishes. Guests of the MSC Yacht Club also have access to an exclusive restaurant with gourmet creations and five-star service.
You pay a surcharge in the following speciality restaurants:
- Hola! Tacos & Cantina: Try Latin American and Mexican dishes such as tacos, nachos or empanadas.
- Kaito Teppanyaki: At the cooking stations you can watch how the Japanese delicacies are prepared.
- Kaito Sushi Bar: Sample Japanese specialities such as exquisite sushi or soup.
- Butcher's Cut: Savour high-quality Angus beef in the steakhouse.
- La Pescaderia: The Mediterranean restaurant offers a variety of fish dishes with fresh ingredients.
- Chef's Garden Kitchen: Try healthy, seasonal and delicious dishes.
- Pizza & Burger: Order delicious pizzas and much more from the pizza chefs and barbecue experts.
In addition to the restaurants, there are also numerous bars and lounges (not included). In the elegant Coffee Emporium, for example, you can choose from some of the best coffee beans in the world and select your favourite brewing and serving style. End the day with a delicious cocktail on the outdoor terrace of the Elixir Mixology Bar. Or try the MSC Signature beer in the British pub Masters of the Seas, which is brewed in a microbrewery on board.
MSC World America Entertainment, sports and wellness
MSC World America offers spectacular attractions for young and old, such as an impressive dry slide that extends over eleven decks. In the new outdoor area "The Harbor" on deck 20, an aqua park with interactive water games, areas to relax, a special themed playground, and food trucks with delicious snacks and refreshments await you. Take on the challenging high ropes course or experience the zip line. With the Cliffhanger, you can also try out the only and first overwater swing on a cruise ship at a height of 50 meters above the sea. If you are looking for relaxation, there are six pools and 14 whirlpools to choose from, including two Zen pools, which are located in the Zen Area, an exclusive area for adults. Of course, you also have the option of visiting the classic gym or really pampering yourself in the wellness and spa area (some treatments are available for a fee). Basketball and tennis courts, bumper cars and "The Drone Academy" - a drone relay race - await you at the Sportplex. The World Galleria offers excellent catering and entertainment options as well as numerous shopping opportunities. In the evenings you can enjoy a breathtaking entertainment program: on board there will be three new concert-style shows in the multifunctional "MSC Luna Park Arena" as well as five new theater productions in the "World Theatre".
MSC World America children
There is plenty to discover on board for children of all ages: The ‘Family Aventura’ area is especially for families and offers, among other things, a new outdoor park (‘The Harbour’) with a high ropes course and overwater swing, playground and the well-known Doremiland.
The Harbour is an outdoor area where families can have fun and relax together - all in one place. Live musicians provide entertainment in the evenings. This place is located on the open upper deck of the ship and you can enjoy a great view of the sea.
Thrill-seekers can try out the impressive dry slide ‘The Venom Drop’. The aqua park has pool areas and several slides, including a freefall slide, which provide plenty of fun. In the LEGO® play area, children have the opportunity to build great things every day. Parents and children can also take part in the new LEGO® game show or the LEGO® parade together. In the Doremix Family Disco, the whole family can dance to the latest hits and MSC Cruises children's songs.
Childcare is also provided for your children: babies and toddlers between six months and two years are looked after by certified staff in the Baby Club, which was created in collaboration with the leading children's brand Chicco®. Toddlers aged three to six play in the MSC Mini Club and the Junior Club looks after children aged seven to eleven. MSC's experienced entertainers look after the children.
