A-ROSA has been offering river cruises on a first-class level with a modern finish. The cruise line welcomes you in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, with spacious and bright cabins and with varied and fresh cuisine. Various activities and wellness on board as well as interesting country programs complete the range at A-ROSA. Please note that the onboard language is German. A-ROSA Alea Sustainability

A-ROSA has had a sustainability department since 2022, which works closely with the Fraunhofer Institute for Systems and Innovation Research (ISI). All ships in the fleet have a shore power connection and are powered by marine gas oil without heavy fuel oil during the voyage. Waste is continuously reduced, for example through the use of paper straws and careful separation of waste. In addition, many care and cleaning products on board are made with certified ingredients. To save water, towels and bed linen are only cleaned as required during the voyage.

A-ROSA Alea Staterooms

All staterooms on the A-ROSA Alea are oceanview staterooms. The staterooms on deck 1 (category S and A) have small windows and are about 14 sqm. The staterooms on deck 2 and 3 (category C and D, approx. 15 sqm) have a French balcony. All staterooms are equipped with a full bathroom with hairdryer and have a chair and a small table. In addition, the staterooms have a safe, air-conditioner, a TV and a telephone. The Junior Suites (category E) are located on deck 3 and have a size of approx. 23 sqm. They have a French balcony and a walk-in wardrobe. Guests of the Junior Suites also enjoy additional amenities such as a complimentary minibar, fresh fruits and butler service.

Atmosphere on board the A-ROSA Alea

On the A-ROSA Alea you will feel like you are in a very good hotel: the furnishings are convincing with light colours and are modern and elegant. Large panoramic windows and a spacious lounge create plenty of room for you to relax on your holiday and discover a lot at the same time.

A-ROSA Alea Restaurants, bars & lounges

The bright and stylishly furnished restaurant on board the A-ROSA Alea is located on deck 2 and offers exquisite cuisine. Enjoy the view of the passing nature through the large panoramic windows during your meal. In the cosy panorama lounge on deck 3 you can end the day with a cool drink from the bar.

A-ROSA Alea Entertainment, sports and wellness

The A-ROSA Alea primarily offers areas to relax, such as on the sun deck with its numerous loungers and sun sails. Here you can also relax in the heated whirlpool while the landscape passes by. Read an exciting book in the comfortably furnished panorama lounge or enjoy a delicious drink in the outdoor lounge area. For the athletically active, there is a small fitness room on deck 1. For entertainment, there is a large game area on the sun deck, where you can play a game of chess, for example.
