- The Library (usually associated with peace and quiet) is located in the attrium, right over the main loud entertainment area. If it cannot be re-located it should be sealed off from it.

- Excursions were far too expensive. Very little detailed help offered to guests intending to go ashore just to see some places of interest on foot (e.g. about open top buses, local facilities, etc.) Mostly, they exchange such information after they re-board. Why not harvest it and pass it on to the next set of guests?
