- We didn't appreciate the switch from Coca Cola to Pepsi on MSC ships this year, and also the prices of beverage and service have gone up. Also, for the first time on MSC cruises (and this was our forth cruise with MSC) we had troubles ordering drinks in buffet restaurant - there wasn't sufficient staff obviously, so my husband had to go and get the drinks himself more than once. Disembarkations procedure in several ports of call (firstly Civitavecchia, but also Corfu and another port of call which I can't remember now) was very confusing and poorly organized - exits and ways to exits weren't clearly marked, staff didn't give sufficient information and the whole situation was rather chaotic.

- I have already posted some comments in the section above. MSC will most probably remain our company of choice, mostly because we are already Club members, but we feel that there is enough space for improvement. Also, we do not appreciate on-board credits for Choose today Cruise tomorrow programme getting lower. Before this cruise we became Silver Members, but on the beginning of the cruise we received Classic Club Members card. After correcting the mistake at the Cruise Consultant Desk (which was always very crowded - maybe you should consider adding another Consultant or extra hours) I got the Silver Card, but until the end of the cruise we didn't receive any benefits that are mentioned in the brochure.
