    • We were disappointed with the level of service charge automatically deducted with every purchase or service, and the news that some staff (eg bar staff) were not covered by these 'tips'. Also we felt we were badly let down by the wifi service on board. We paid the very expensive charge (and yes, the service charge, for whom?) but the internet connection was so slow that it was almost totally useless. We were unable to stay in touch with our business and with family, and missed meeting up with friends.
