- Cabin was clean and any problems were dealt with swiftly, however my son's bed was just a mattress on the floor

- Very slow service in some restaurants resulting in food being served quite cool. Plates very slow to be cleared in raffles and the terrace area but there seems to be less staff than before? There seems to be a move to encourage guests to pay supplements to upgrade to the ultimate dining package and eat in speciality restaurants rather than improve the service in included ones.
