- Expected more as 5 star rated! Own time dining was a disaster as waiters got tips even if bad service given. Different waiter every night and very little personal attention given to us. Would suggest fixed dining time as these had no complaints about service.

- Embarkation in Venice not well signed or organised. Had to fond our own way and then a long queue that people skipped!
  Only details of tours given at destination talks. No details for independent traveller. Asked for info and was given the wrong information. Very bad service.
