  • They couldn't find our keycard by embarkation. We had to wait 1/2 hour to find out. Then we received the cards and they were not activated. We went to Guest Relations for new cards but on embarkation day a long line. Wait again 45 min. Not a pleasant way to start holiday. But cruise was excellent.
