- I did not hear any announcements in the cabin. Was the loudspeaker not functioning? Maybe it was the intention not to disturb the clients, but on the other hand I missed announcements of beginning programs.

- I did not like to pay HC-gratuity by force. Nobody had informed med that we had to pay 23 dollars extra/day. It should have been included in the trip ticket!

- It was a surprise to me that when we chose evertime dining, we were forced to select only between two restaurants. I believed that we could choose whatever restaurant if there was space available.
