“Costa Fortuna ship was nice but maneuvering around ship wasn't easy as you need to go up or down a deck walk along and back up or down to access alot of the ship. It didn't flow like other ships”

- Pool area was nice but deck chairs filled by 8am and often fights between passengers over them

- Food choices were very limited. Queues were very long for bars and buffet restaurant

- Shore excursions were very limited for us as most didn't have English speaking tour guides so were couldn't choose them. Costa didn't cater for English speaking guests on excursions. Costa App wasn't very user friendly either
