- While the ship itself is truly impressive and visually stunning, the overall service fell short of expectations, especially when compared to previous experiences with Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL). The food selection was limited, and on several occasions, we encountered rude behavior from some waitstaff. Orders were frequently incorrect—such as requesting milk and receiving something else and there appeared to be little attention paid to food allergies, which is a serious concern.
Cabin cleanliness and the services promised were also disappointing. Despite repeated requests, basic necessities such as towels were not delivered promptly. We had also paid for a drinks package that included minibar access, yet there was no minibar available in the majority of cabins, including ours. As a result, we had to rely on room service every time we needed something to drink, which often involved long waits and wasted time.
Overall, while the ship itself offers a beautiful experience, there are significant areas of service that need to be improved to match the standard one expects from a premium cruise.

- The service provided by Seascanner was overall fantastic, and we appreciate their assistance in booking our cruise. However, communication could be improved significantly. Response times to emails were quite long, and most correspondence was sent in German—even though we had expected communication in English so we had to translate the emails ourselves, which was inconvenient.
Additionally, our specific requests, such as arranging to dine with our friends on board, were not addressed before the cruise. These issues had to be resolved directly on the ship, which could have been avoided with clearer and timelier communication beforehand. While the onboard experience was enjoyable, we believe that better responsiveness and language accessibility from Seascanner would greatly enhance the overall customer experience.
