- How would you describe your cruise with the ship Costa Fortuna in one sentence?
- Costa Fortuna is a very messy ship. Almost no announcements, incredibly long queues in front of the service desk and the most nasty part were the long queues for the buffet on deck 9 and that there was not enough place to sit. Nobody to help shorten the queues or to lead you to a free table to prevent people walking around with food.

- I don’t know whether all the Costa ships have such a messy organization, but Costa Fortuna was really terrible. And you pay a lot for bad WiFi on the ship.
