- From the moment we stepped on board the staff at every point were so helpful from reception, bar staff, restaurant staff cleaning staff even the painters were kind and courteous. We had a wonderful cruise. We will be recommending the cruise to everyone. Just one thing I was waiting for the lift on deck 8 I noticed an elderly woman pushing a wheelchair, when the lift arrived I stepped aside to allow the woman enter the lift when a group of people stormed around the woman and into the lift not leaving any room for the wheelchair to access the lift. I could not believe how rude these guests were. This is not the fault of any of your staff members. My suggestion would be if signs were posted on every level in different languages. Please allow priority access to wheelchairs.
