  • Total disorganisation.Reception and serving staff were not wellcoming and not helpful.All specialities restaurants were already fully booked from the first day of our arrival and we had to scramble and fight to find a table in the buffet restaurants.Also not all the bars served coffe unless you ordered starbucks coffee at an extra charge.
