Cruise in one sentence:
- Zero problems, everything handled perfectly.
- super
- Wonderful ship but food and restaurant staff need attention.
- A truly relaxing experience with a buzz.
- Our week on MSC World Europa was a wonderfully relaxing and beautifully organised cruise, filled with excellent service, great food, and unforgettable experiences.
- Great.
- It was overall great, but we expected a little more from the ship, compared to the previous we have been on.
- A very good cruise and a perfect stay. The ship was very well equipped; everything was perfect except for the cabin's location.
- It was nice experience.
- Excellent family friendly great itinerary ok food
Ship feedback:
- Promenade and aft section decks were lovely. Really like that design. Nice to sit out at.
- design, no crowds etc
- The self serve buffet always had good food and a good variety of choices. The Hexagon restaurant had Lauro which was the best of all, however we were served by many waiters who mostly weren’t cheerful and served us as it was only an obligation.
- The Yacht Club experience was superb.
- MSC World Europa offered a perfect mix of relaxation, entertainment, and top-class amenities for an exceptional holiday.
- personel, cleanless
- The ship is very beautiful, but it lacks the energy of the staff, like we noticed on our previous cruises.
- Incredible evenings and truly beautiful shows
- The cabin, swiming pools, the gym.
- Entertainment and design
Ship overall:
- lots of people but no waiting on elevatiors and food
- mSC could invest in better shows. Patricia and MB shows were great however the magician show and the others were quite simple and outdated.
- Serviced is key and we were impressed.
- The decision to eliminate plastic water bottles on MSC World Europa is understandable, but the current setup does not meet the needs of more than 6,300 passengers. With only two water refill locations on Decks 18 and 6, guests must walk long distances or wait in queues simply to get drinking water....
- To many payable restaurants.
- I like these new ships because they are very sculptural and beautifully designed
- Booking with Seascanner was easy. All arrangements arraged with MSC was hassle free.
- More shops
- I didn't feel like in a ship, too noisy, too many people
- New ship but disappointing, same food and breakfast every day, little variety, no variety at all in the main restaurants; The same show was held twice in 7 days....
