- Unfortunately our window ceased working on the 2nd / 3rd day and was not fixed . Therefore we could not open it for remainder of the cruise . However the cabin itself was very comfortable and well maintained each day.

- My husband booked a haircut with the Barbour on board who was extremely rude. It was indeed the worst haircut I have seen .

- Unfortunately the hidden costs such as bus transfers to the various cities / towns was expensive especially for a family. Therefore we did not avail of all which was a shame .

- Despite the website being in German the staff & service was exceptional. They were contactable through the phone and answered all queries promptly and efficiently.
