  • I had booked a guarantee balcony, paying a large solo supplement, and was assigned a studio in under 24 hours. This surprised me, as no-one else was assigned a cabin that quickly. On-board they said I had booked a studio. This was not what I'd wanted. I'm not sure where the error came from, but it caused a lot of stress.
