  • We had a very pleasant experience onboard Europa however I was just disappointed that the grand atrium/ shiny crystal staircase was no longer a part of the ship which has been your trademark in other ships . It wasn’t that a big deal but I was really looking forward to have pictures taken on your grand staircase. I also noticed that there were less lanai area, it’s always crowded. But overall we had a great time .
