- The cabin was kept clean but the mattress very hard and pillows rather thin.

Ship overall:
- Very nice atmosphere
- Food was disaster Not even for animals was good , the bread if you throw it to someone you will kill them , the waiters in atlantis treats people like animals , if you ask for something not me not me not me lolll it was a joke
- Everyone onboard speaks English but non German cruisers will feel left out on the ship as all jokes, entertainment, program, app and so on are in German even through there was a good number of non-german speakers on board.
- Not much choice of entertainment in the evening.
- More English information
- Some activities could ne done in English! It was frustrating seeing everyone enjoying themselves and laughing and we did not know what they were saying. When asked to do them in English, we were told that they had orders to speak in German which was very disappointing.
- The problem l had was that everything was in German on the ship including the entertainment so we did not really feel included
- I know that the ship was German speaking, however a menu, a questioner and program should have been provided in English.
- I wish that all mein schiff cruise offer even English language programs as people from other countries are there too.
- Wifi issues, would like more entertainment
