      • Celebrity did not fulfill a promise made to us about organizing transportation from the terminal to a local hotel after we tested positive for COVID. We were left at the terminal. Nothing had been organized. We were running fevers and not feeling well. Eventually found a taxi after a few hours at the terminal.

      • I am just disappointed with this whole experience and I guess it was mainly because I realized in one of my first emails where I asked specific questions to your company, my questions were ignored. Eventually I became combative and so did your representative. This is not a successful retail strategy.
