- Animation was rather weak, very dissapointing. Shows were fine. Bands and singers in the bars were good.
  The ship is very nice though.

- On this ship there is no one from MSC Voyagers Club on board.
  Staff at the reception desk was very helpful and nice. On the contrary, staff at excursions deesk was not nice overall.
  We tried the Butcher’s Cut restaurant and fully recommend it. Excellent food, excellent service.
