- Everything was generally for italian speakers and sometimes entertainers forgot about other passengers who don't speak Italian. Smell beside the pool was horrible because of disinfection amount.

- The horrible and useless service ever. I wouldn't recommend this seascammer to anyone. I'm lucky I have friend who lives in Italy and she is the only person who contacted Costa and helped me to solve a problem that Seascanner created. After her phone call our check-in time was changed from 10 am to 4 pm. Also she was the person who booked a taxi for us cause Seascanner didn't offer us transfer service that the other people from our flight got. I understand it as discrimination cause we are not German tourist. Also a week before our cruise I got an email that this cruise is cancelled. After I contacted a company it was said that this email was sent by mistake and I was the only person who received it. I won't recommend it to anyone.

Unfortunately it is not possible to offer a transfer for individually booked flights with your arrival times. We will always recommend to book flights with the cruise line in case something happens to individually booked flights.

Ship overall:
- Charging for table water in the restaurant on an all included cruise is criminal.
- Good that the ship still retained a free sauna. Too much smoking on deck 9 rear, it puffed into the buffet restaurant. Smoking area should be relocated away from food deck.
- Too much cigarette smoke, especially rear deck 9
- As English speaking passengers, we were in the minority, however there were enough translations of important information and the crew all spoke English. Bar and Casino crew were excellent and our room attended was great as well....
- I hope Asian regional food is also prepared.
- All normal.
