      • This was my third cruise with MSC, but was very disappointed with the service, the mistakes at checkin regarding requirements (which I was able to proof they were wrong after speaking with a manager, slow service, was told no in 3 differents days when asking for vegetarian burger in the buffet (even with a sign saying that we could request), so really poor options if you are vegetarian. Never again. I will try other cruise companies now.

      • This is second cruise I book with seascanner and the service and prompt replies are great. I was already going to book another cruise for next month, but after the bad experience with MSC I will wait. But I will definetely only book using seascanner.
